• We do not accept refunds, only workshop date switches with 24 hours advance notification.

• Our Premium Workshops only allow 18+ years participants unless accompanied by a parent who is also customizing.

• We only offer Pony Sneakers in store.

• We do not allow guests to accompany you if they do not have a guest pass or a workshop ticket.

• We conduct ourselves creatively and respectfully. If this not obeyed we have a strict policy to remove participants despite their ticket purchase.

• All allergies must be notified before the workshop begins.

• The designs our participants make in our workshops can be designed based on other designs or logos - as we are not the original designer. The designs we showcase in FUEGA are inspiration pieces sourced from many artists and designs.
